You can hire our team knowing that we will do everything to prioritize your comfort while creating photographs you truly love

Our team is happy to accommodate any need that you have. Here are some example accommodations our team can do:

  • Sarah (the photographer) is able to communicate in American Sign Language. She briefly studied at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf to become an interpreter before deciding to switch to photography. If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, we can accommodate you with ASL!

  • Not playing music while taking photographs in a studio setting so the environment doesn’t become too overstimulating

  • Make sure the location we’ll be shooting at is fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Discuss with you beforehand all the details of where to go, what to do when you get there, what to bring, etc. to help with anxiety.

  • Meet you at the location on a different day before your shoot if needed to show you around, get a feel for the location, etc.

  • Have conversations in person or via video call before the shoot so you can meet our team and see our faces.

  • Help you carry your outfit changes, props, etc. (Note: We are currently able to help with props under 50 lbs. If you have a prop above 50 lbs, please let us know in advance. You will probably also have to bring someone to help with loading and unloading it.)

  • Setting aside extra time for you to take a break during the shoot, have time to rest or decompress halfway through, have a snack, get help from a loved one getting dressed, walk from spot to spot, etc.

  • Not charge you our additional pet fee for your service dog being included in your shoot.

  • Provide service dogs with a bowl of water and a comfy place to lay, give them a snack, take them outside for you, etc. Let us know ahead of time if you’ll be bringing a service dog with you so we can prepare accommodations for them, too!

We strive to make accommodations for our clients free as often as possible. The only time we will ask for an additional fee is if we would incur an exuberant expense for something (such as needing a moving truck for a prop). We will let you know at the time of booking if this is the case- but most accommodations we provide to our clients free of charge. Have an idea for an accommodation for your photoshoot that you don’t see listed as an example? No problem! Let us know what you’re thinking and our team will get creative about how we can best meet your needs.

We do not claim to fully understand the viewpoints, experiences, stories, feelings, and cultures of individuals apart from ourselves. We strongly encourage our clients to communicate openly with us so we can continue to learn & do better.
